High-performance varifocal domes with deep learning for versatile surveillance
Axis Communications announces three dome cameras featuring a deep learning processing unit (DLPU) making it possible to take advantage of intelligent applications based on deep learning on the edge. They come pre-installed with AXIS Object Analytics enabling reliable detection with fewer false alarms.
Designed to blend seamlessly into any environment, AXIS P3265-V/-LV/-LVE deliver great image quality with forensic details in 2 MP in up to 60 fps and feature a varifocal lens with a field of view of 100-36 degrees. Thanks to Axis Lightfinder 2.0 and Axis Forensic WDR, they deliver true colors and great detail in challenging light or near darkness. Additionally, AXIS P3265-LV and the outdoor-ready model AXIS P3265-LVE feature Axis OptimizedIR for exceptional clarity and sharpness even in pitch darkness.

With audio and I/O connectivity it’s possible to integrate peripheral equipment for instance a microphone to extend the value of the system. Furthermore, these dome cameras offer built-in cybersecurity features such as Axis Edge Vault which protects the Axis device ID and simplifies authorization of Axis devices on the network.
The cameras will be available through Axis distribution channels in Q1 2022.
